Starting this year, all cultural sites in Dalian, including museums, exhibition centers, libraries, and memorial halls, will have free admission. There are also plans to feature mobile phone services in libraries. In the future, visitors will be able to use their mobile phones to find out information about sites around Dalian, as well as enjoy over 4 million eBooks.
