In an effort to help alleviate the pressure on Shenzhen’s Medical system, foreigners investors will be encouraged to establish medical institutions in Shenzhen.

The Shenzhen Daily reports that there are urgent issues with supply of medical care in Shenzhen, and that misallocation of resources may be overcome with help from foreign investors. Foreign firms will be allowed to run medical institutions in Shenzhen as part of a joint venture, or as a sole proprietorship following implementation of new regulations.
