Disney Fans Pay Attention: Shanghai Disneyland Designs Unveiled
Nov 14, 2014 By eChinacities.com

The wait for Disney fans in China is over: Shanghai Disney Resort has announced new designs for the resort.

There will be two hotels: one to be the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel with 420 rooms, in Art Nouveau style, and the other to be a Toy Story Hotel inspired by the toys from the Disney Pixar Toy Story animated films, with a total of 800 rooms.

The rest of the park will have a Disneytown, with shopping, dining and entertainment facilities, and a Marketplace with specialty Disney shops, and a Spice Alley with a range of Asian restaurants on offer.

Then there will also be a Beverly Hills shopping street with stylish boutiques. Hopefully the entire park will have enough shopping opportunities for the large visiting masses – as the stereotype does suggest that Chinese people love to shop.
