China to Open New Tourist Train Route to North Korea

According to a recent report, a new tourist train route from Tumen City (吉林省图们市) in Jilin Province to Chilbosan (朝鲜七宝山) in the North Hamgyong province of North Korea is scheduled to open at the end of April. Aside from taking in the surreal scenery along the way, visitors will also have a chance to watch a gymnastics exercise performed by 50,000 North Korean children. The trip lasts three days and four nights, and costs about 1,900 RMB. For those interested, contact or visit the travel agency listed below. You must book the trip five days prior to the departure and arrive in Tumen one day in advance.
