The All China Women's Federation recently released a survey that reported that couples who spend their evenings on their smart phones have a lower rate of martial satisfaction. Therefore, the Women's Federation called on everyone in China to turn off their phones and spend an hour or more every day with their families.
31,344 people participated in the survey. 73.3% of respondents said that they keep their smart phones on 24 hours a day. 43% said they play with their smartphone or tablet during family gatherings. In China, it seems that one's husband or wife must compete with their spouse's smart phone for attention.
