China & Russia Deny North Korean Ships
Mar 09, 2016 By eChinacities.com

Earlier today, the Korean Broadcasting System annouced that China and Russia have started to implement sanctions against North Korea, refusing North Korean ships permission to dock.

The North Korean ship, “Grand Karo”, attempted to enter the Rizhao port in Shandong a few days ago but failed to obtain a docking permit. The “Grand Karo” currently remains in the sea 35 kilometers from the Rizhao port. The “Dawn” and the “Ever Bright” have similarly been denied docking rights and have since returned to North Korea.

Meanwhile, Russia has rejected the North Korean ship “Hui Chon” from docking in Vostochny, and at present the ship is still hovering off the mainland.

According to UN Security Council resolution 2270, which was passed just last week in response to North Korea’s recent nuclear tests, North Korean ships included in the sanctions list are to be searched upon docking, potentially resulting in the confiscation or freezing of North Korean assets.

I am glad that both Russia and China are putting their feet down and telling with this actio to kim to straighten out. The should tell Kim to get a hobbie. It sounds like he has nothing good to do. He should use his brain to help his people like China does. His people will never get ahead. I think he should come to China and see how this people work to get ahead while still preserving many of its customs and traditions of rural areas.
