Passengers can take direct flights from Changchun to Taiwan during the Spring Festival for about 3000 RMB, according to China Southern Airlines. Details of the flight time and prices have not been confirmed yet. Since December 31st 2009, Mainland China added the four cities of Taiyuan, Changchun, Nanning and Yantai as new sites for regular cross-strait flights. The flights will start operation during the Spring Festival, which makes the number of cities with flights to Taiwan reach 31.
