Changchun Transport -Others

Trolley bus:
Now running mainly as a tourist line, number 54 is the only working trolley bus that remains from a time when Changchun had the largest such network in the whole of northern China. Original vehicles from the 1940s trundle along an interesting route, taking in Film City and the Changchun Film Studio along its route and at a mere RMB1 route 54 is both a useful mode of transport, and an attraction in itself. Buses run between 5am and 9pm.

Light rail:
The Changchun light rail system serves a number of destinations within and outside the city, including Weixing Plaza, Jingyue Street, the Convention and Exhibition Center, Century Square, the east campus of Northeast Normal University, Jingyue Lake National Forest Park, and Changchun Movie Century City. The total length is 17.36 kilometers, including 1.5 kilometers length of tunnel.
The fare is RMB 2-5, depending on distance traveled.
