Changchun Transport - Introduction

Traveling to and around Changchun is easy and convenient. The city is well-known as a transportation hub for the northeast of China and most methods of transportation are well represented.

There are over 96 air routes from Changchun Longjia International Airport (CGQ), 16 of them international. Three major highways start from Changchun, leading to Siping, Jilin and Yingchengzi respectively. The Siping road connects with the Liaoning highway providing an easy link to Shenyang, Dalian and Beijing directly. In addition, two national roads (the 102 and 302) pass through Changchun providing further links to Beijing, Inner Mongolia, and Shuangcheng in Heilongjiang Province.

Train services around Changchun are reasonably comprehensive as four major train lines meet here.
