From September 28th to October 3rd, Tony Award and Olivier Award winning Broadway musical "Kiss Me, Kate" will visit the Shanghai People’s Grand Stage. The show is a modern musical version of William Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew. It made its debut in 1948 at Broadway New Century Theatre and won the Tony Award for Best Musical in 1949.
