On June 19, the first branch of well-known Peking duck restaurant Quanjude opened its doors in Hefei, which is located in the Xinghai Yuanhang Building in Luyang District.
The management staff, chefs and even the ingredients of the new restaurant have all been sent down from Beijing to Hefei to ensure that authentic Peking duck experience. Around 50% of the restaurant’s menu will be taken up by Beijing-style food, while the rest is taken up by Sichuanese food – a popular choice of many people in Anhui.
Prices average out at around 180 RMB per head.
