A suspect in the Bangkok bombing two weeks ago was captured near the Thai border near Cambodia, the Thai prime minister announced Tuesday. Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha said the man resembles the suspect in a surveillance video that Thai authorities say planted the bomb. The prime minister also reported that the captured suspect is a foreigner.

The August 17 bombing killed 20 people, including seven Chinese tourists, and injured 120.
