Animal cruelty-related stories seem to be rearing their ugly head a lot as of late, though this one’s a little more heartwarming. On March 5, a truck carrying over 1,000 live dogs from Sichuan to Guangxi was twice intercepted by groups of dog lovers. As the truck stopped off in a location north of Guiyang during the early hours of March 6, one man broke down in tears of joy when he discovered his previously missing dog was onboard the truck.
