Five people are dead and four are missing after a sudden flash food yesterday in Xi'an's Chang'an District. The nine tourists were swept away in a flash food in Xiaoyuhecun, Wangmang Street.
The flooding occurred yesterday afternoon after heavy rain. Rescue teams are still working to recover those missing in the flood.
