The 2013 Play Rock Music Festival is set to descend on Hefei between August 23 and 25, and will be held at the Three Kingdoms New City Park.
The festival will focus on the themes of positivity and optimism, and there’ll be a great line-up of bands performing including Escape Plan, Liquid Oxygen Can, Rebuilding the Rights of Statues and Omnipotent Youth Society among others.
