2012 Lanzhou International Marathon Kicks Off on June 10

The 2012 Lanzhou International Marathon and Marathon Point Race will start at Dongfanghong Square in Lanzhou on June 10. Competitors will pass Zhongshan Iron Bridge (South), Yintan Wetland Park, Yantan Park and run back to Dongfanghong Square, covering a total distance of 42.195 kilometres. By now the registration for domestic amateurs has come to an end. The top five amateurs for the men’s race and women’s race will be awarded 800 RMB each and amateurs ranking 6th to 50th will be awarded 500 RMB.

Getting there: Take bus 9, 29, 56, 58, 59, 108, 109, 115, 116, 130, 131, 137, 138, 142, 144, 149 to West of the Square
