The Uniqlo sex tape now seen all over the world, was actually filmed in mid-April, and was posted online by one of the couple's friends, according to the latest Beijing police report on the incident.
After the video was filmed, it was sent to one of the couple's friends on WeChat and was later uploaded onto the Internet.
A 19 year old male surnamed Sun from Qiqihar, Heilongjiang is being held under criminal detention for the dissemination of pornographic material for uploading the video to Weibo.
Five others have been arrested in the incident, including the couple who filmed themselves having sex in the store's dressing room on a mobile phone. Three are being held in administrative detention for distributing pornographic material.
