It's on the corner of Jiefang South Street corner. In years past, this building was used as a power plant. Nowadays this former utility building has been remodeled into an open air good-time emporium. Next, there is Howl, another former power plant transformed into a nightlife hotspot. Today, these former plants are the toast of the town amongst young professionals. Many of the patrons are also tourists from abroad.
