Introduction

Yinchuan is a transport hub for Ningxia and the surrounding areas. It is the center of a network of internal airlines and the train station is a similar gateway style stop en route to many other large Chinese cities.

The highways into Yinchuan make car hire or long-distance bus travel good quick options for travelers. National highway 109 connects Yinchuan with Beijing through Inner Mongolia and connects it to Tibet through Qinghai and Gansu; National highway 110 connects it with Beijing; others roads such as national highway 211(Yinchuan-Xi'an), 307 (Yinchuan-Hebei Province), Lanzhou-Yinchuan, Qingdao-Yinchuan, and the Fuzhou-Yinchuan express way ensure that most popular destinations within China are easy to reach by road.
