Though Ningbo's nightlife options aren't particularly varied, there are still a few places for foreigners looking to see some friendly faces and have a good time. Well established expatriate hangouts Le Cargo, LBB and Shamrock are the visitor's best bet for meeting like-minded travelers and locals. Hotel bars, though more expensive and less casual, are a decent alternative. The highest concentration of foreign bars and clubs is located around Laowaitian, and a stroll in the area should turn up a good hang out or two.
If immersion and a taste of the local scene is what you're after, Harley Davidson Bar and Latitude 31 Degrees are fun hangouts that give patrons an opportunity to mingle with the natives.
