Sichuan Woman Throws Huge Fit when Bus Driver Refuses Her Dog

Sichuan Woman Throws Huge Fit when Bus Driver Refuses Her Dog
Apr 15, 2015 By eChinacities.com

On April 13 in Nanchong, Sichuan, a young woman tried to bring her pet dog on the K46 bus. She swiped her card and got on with her pet in tow. When the bus driver realized there was a live animal on his bus, he told the woman that no pets were allowed because they might bite other passengers and that she needed to get off the bus.

The pet-toting woman did not get off and instead started to curse at the driver.” The driver was not fazed and simply refused to drive until she got off the bus. The two were deadlocked for 5 or 6 minutes. “Many passengers on board were in a hurry and shouted at the woman. But she still would not move.” The bus driver decided to call the police. The woman continued to argue with the driver and, in a bold and stupid move, threw some water on him. Finally, the passengers forced her off the bus, by all screaming at her at once. She finally got off K46, taking her trouble-making K9 with her.

There was a new rule implemented in Nanchong by the city bus operating chief because of the woman's antics: no dogs or other animals allowed on the city buses.

You should have video taped that... I know it is spur of the moment and all but that would have been Youku/Youtube gold.

I'm noticing more of this. I've seen Chinese women in GZ recently bring small dogs into restaurants and let them sit at the table! This is absurd! I'd also have no hesitation kicking her off the bus. Stupid fool.

This story doesn't make much sense. First of all something seems to have gone wrong with the cause and effect in the story. The woman's dog was not allowed because "no pets were allowed" but "There was a new rule implemented in Nanchong by the city bus operating chief because of the woman's antics: no dogs or other animals allowed on the city buses". Confusing. As for the woman's behaviour, it seems a classic case of little Empress syndrome.
