Also lemon chicken, garlic beef and beef and black bean are very popular dishes in Australia. I especially like these dishes as there are no bones.

The sizzling steak (in black pepper sauce) is also popular in both China and Aus, but I have to admit the szechuan (sic) steak doesn't even remotely compare to Sichuan sliced beef. Those wild red peppers... yummo.
