I'm so delightful upon reading the news regarding the taxi drivers in Changchun.It's really an annoyance that most of the taxi drivers are too greedy and disrespectful.The questions is,we foreigners working here in Changchun has a little problem.How can we call the transport management since they can't understand English?Wishing that you can give us some guides for this matter.

There have been more and more foreign friends come to China for their life,though english is the most extensive language which is used by people in the world,in China there are many people don't speak it,so in my opinion,you should learn some fundamental chinese to communicate with people here and that will benefit you more,
