All Hallows Eve is nearly upon us, and the witches of the earth are ready to set free all manner of ghouls and ghastlies. It’ll be a dangerous time to be on the streets of Shanghai, and it will be for the best to choose a party to find sanctuary in. But how to decide? There are just too many choices to choose from. And with no clear plan, your group could end up a misfit band of a vampire, a superhero, a filthy witch and a toilet-paper wrapped mummy wandering the French concession trying to hide from Death’s minions. 1) TECHNOW Halloween 2013View In Map
TECHNOW Halloween is back. The Shanghai-based Austrian DJ/Producer Boro Lo and his production company MUSHIDO will be taking over MAO Livehouse for another techno rave-up. The venue will be transformed by a jack-o-lantern theme. Music will be provided by Boro Lo, Martino V and guest artists. And don’t forget the all important dress code: black and white, neon, and/or skulls.

2) TICT Halloween Warehouse Party View In Map
Expect a cavernous blood-soaked warehouse crammed full of slutty zombies, futuristic demons, vampires and sweaty onesie wearing tigers. Belgian DJ Attar! will be playing deep house and nu disco at The Ice-Cream Truck team’s event, so get ready for hours and hours of uncontrolled dancing.

3) Tiger’s Halloween Full Moon PartyView In Map
This is not your ordinary Halloween party. It is an all day event, taking place in around China’s most famous haunted house. Before getting to the Anji haunted house, you will have to follow a secret trail through the forest; a trail that involves rope slides and a treasure hunt (maybe don’t start drinking too early). Once arriving at the house, keep your wits about you (you don’t know what lurks in the darkness) as you party under the moonlight with local DJs as well as the Electric Sound Outfit, a household name on the New York club scene. 

There will also be BBQ, activity booths, tarot card readers, body-paint, and costumes and accessories if you need a break from the dancing. Prepare to stay over night.

4) Zombie Fest Halloween PartyView In Map
Want some fun and games on Halloween? Well, head down to Big E Zombie Apocalypse laser tag party. While the groans and screams of the undead and dying are all around you, fight to be the last one standing. Also available to play are 3D black-lit mini golf, billiards, foosball and air hockey.
